Guidelines For Table Clinic Presentation

    * We have Mailed Zoom link for your Hall on Registered email ids of Presenters.
    * Please Note:
  1. Join the Zoom Meeting for your presentation, displaying your registered name, as in the list, else you may not be admitted or allowed to participate. Also, join 10 mins, prior to your scheduled time.
  2. Your E poster image will be displayed on the screen according to the schedule . Student delegates are requested to give a brief 3 minute presentation followed by 2 minute Q & A session .
  3. Student delegates (presenter and co presenters)are requested to sit in different rooms if they are logging in from different devices so as to avoid any echo and disturbances in audio.
  4. All presenters are requested to share this mail with their co presenters for ease of co presenters login entry in the virtual halls.
  5. Your Prerecorded videos will be displayed on Conference platform in Gallery. It will be available for viewing for All the delegates and Faculty members.Even If prerecorded video is not displayed in the platform that is not a problem, as judgement will be based on your live presentation.
  6. There are 10 posters in each session , out which 1 best in session will be selected and Will be competing for Final Round on 6th dec.
